What image would they create? Is any one concerned about changing it?

6 decades ago on 10th December in the General Assembly of United Nation Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt has read out the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. 60 years later, how much have we achieved? how much do we know about our own rights? how much respect do we have on others rights?
