A 3 –day basic training program was held by Lions Manaram Foundation 2005 from Baisakh 5, 2073 to train the librarians employed in 33 new libraries established in communal schools across Sankhuwasabha district. The training program was inaugurated by the District Education Officer, Tanka Prasad Gautam along with Patron Mana Maya Shrestha by watering a plant. Officer Gautam also shed light on the importance of libraries and gave well wishes to the future librarians. Reputed duo Indira Dali and Yadav Chandra Niraula provided training to the aspiring librarians.

Certificates were distributed to the successful participants of the 3-day School Library Management Training by Chief District Officer, Mr. Ganga Bahadur Chhetri. The handing over of libraries was carried out by the Patron and Chief Guest along with other guests.
